1. Overview

Welcome to Drive My Route, Inc. ("Drive My Route," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Drive My Route platform (the "Platform"), which connects route owners and businesses ("Route Owners") with temporary or replacement drivers ("Drivers") for route coverage.

By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" – the Drive My Route website, mobile app, and related tools or services.
• "User" – any person or business using the Platform, including Route Owners, Drivers, and their representatives.
• "User Content" – any data, listings, communications, or information you submit through the Platform.
• "Drive My Route Services" – includes access to the Platform and related digital tools only. We do not provide, employ, or manage Drivers.

3. Independent Relationship

Drive My Route does not employ, supervise, or control Drivers or Route Owners.

All Users act independently and are solely responsible for their own conduct, communications, and any agreements made between them.

We do not guarantee that any Driver or Route Owner is qualified, insured, or reliable, nor do we verify background, licensing, or fitness for work.

You acknowledge and agree that all arrangements are made at your own risk.

4. Platform Use

Users are granted a limited, revocable right to use the Drive My Route Platform for its intended purpose.

All other rights are reserved. Any misuse, copying, or interference with the Platform may result in immediate suspension or legal action.

5. No Warranties or Guarantees

The Platform and all information provided through it are offered "as is" and "as available."

Drive My Route makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• • The accuracy or reliability of information posted by Users;
• • The performance, safety, or conduct of any Driver or Route Owner;
• • Any business, employment, or financial outcome.

You understand that Drive My Route does not screen or verify Users beyond what is publicly or voluntarily provided.

6. Data & Content Disclaimer

User Content is submitted by independent Users. Drive My Route does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any data, routes, schedules, rates, or qualifications displayed on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for verifying any information before hiring or accepting work.

6A. Privacy & Data Handling

Drive My Route respects your privacy and only collects the information necessary to operate the Platform, such as your name, contact details, and activity on the app.

We may use this data to:

• • Create and manage your account,
• • Facilitate connections between Route Owners and Drivers,
• • Improve our services and user experience, and
• • Communicate updates, support messages, or policy changes.

We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing.

Basic operational data may be shared with trusted service providers (for example, for hosting, payment processing, or system security).

By using the Platform, you consent to this data being collected and processed in accordance with these terms.

You may request to review, update, or delete your information at any time by contacting hello@drivemyroute.com.

Drive My Route takes reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Drive My Route, its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any damages of any kind, including indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, arising from:

• • Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• • Any transaction, dispute, or interaction between Users;
• • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data;
• • Delays, outages, or system failures.

In no event shall our total liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100), even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drive My Route, its officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising out of:

• • Your use of the Platform;
• • Your violation of this Agreement or applicable law;
• • Your interactions with other Users, Drivers, or Route Owners.

This obligation survives termination of your account or this Agreement.

9. No Employment, Insurance, or Supervision

Drive My Route is not:

• • An employer, joint venture, agent, or insurer of any User;
• • Responsible for Workers' Compensation, liability coverage, or tax withholdings for Drivers or Route Owners;
• • Liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses resulting from route coverage or transportation activity arranged through the Platform.

All insurance, compliance, and legal obligations remain the responsibility of each User.

10. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws;
• • Maintain valid licensing, insurance, and qualifications for your role;
• • Verify other parties before engaging in work or payment;
• • Use the Platform ethically and solely for lawful purposes.

11. Modifications

Drive My Route may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Revised Terms take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Drive My Route will post all updates to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy on its official website or application. For any questions regarding updates or data handling, please contact hello@drivemyroute.com.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes must first be submitted to mediation in Hillsborough County, Florida, before proceeding to court.

Exclusive jurisdiction lies in the state and federal courts located in Tampa, Florida.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Drive My Route regarding Platform use and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.
